House Rules

• Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is at 11AM
• Early check-in or late check-out can be available with a fee and prior approval.
• No smoking please
• Quiet hours 10PM-9AM, no exceptions, please respect our neighbors
• Pets are allowed but must be on leash at all times when outside on the property
• Parties and events are allowed with prior notice

Stays, Taxes and Fees 

• 1-3 night minimum stay
• Cleaning fee and transient occupancy tax (currently 12%) will be added to the rental rate
• 1 pet allowed with a pet cleaning fee of $50
• Additional Guest Fee – $25

Cancellation Policy 

Thank you for choosing Villa Colibri Sonoma. As a luxury retreat with limited guest capacity and customized packages, we developed this cancellation policy to align guest planning and business operations:

• 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date
• 50% deposit is refundable with cancellation notice over 30 days prior to arrival
• Deposits are not refundable with notice under 30 days prior to arrival
